Ashford by Shea Homes Debuts at Mountain House on April 15

Tax Day is April 18 this year, so there’s no excuse to miss the Grand Opening Celebration of Ashford by Shea Homes, the newest neighborhood in Mountain House, on Saturday, April 15.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests may tour the four brand-new model homes, enjoy food and kids’ crafts, and learn more about the Mountain House community. Joining in the celebration, all model homes in Mountain House are open to tour from 10am-5pm.

Ashford by Shea Homes provides home designs for how many families want to live today. The new neighborhood offers four floorplans ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 baths, and from 3,101 to 3,485 square feet. Two of the home plans include a multi-generational Suite Home on the first floor, complete with its own bedroom, bath, kitchenette and living area. A Suite Home increases the comfort of short and long-term guests, or can be a viable rental-income option.

Shea Homes is a legacy builder in the Mountain House community. Since 2007, the in-demand and highly respected national builder has been a dominant presence in the master plan, and has been involved in Bay Area residential and commercial construction for 40 years. Notable projects include the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Area Rapid Transit System.

Mountain House is a vibrant and growing master-planned community located close to Tri-Valley conveniences and attractions, just east of Livermore. It is a vision more than ten years in the making, with first homes constructed in 2003, and is a real hometown of more than 4,000 families and counting. The community is comprised of six distinct villages, many having their own active park, interconnected by a multi-mile trail system and surrounded by acres of open space. Mountain House is currently home to five K-8 Lammersville Unified School District schools and Mountain House High School opened in fall 2014. New homes are now selling from the high $500,000s.
